AromaTouch Technique

What is the AromaTouch Technique? While the AromaTouch Technique is only a 40 min treatment, it’ll leave you feeling like you’ve been at the spa all day! It’s more than just a massage; it is a clinical approach to using essential oils. An incredibly relaxing treatment, the AromaTouch Technique provides powerful therapeutic benefits that promote overall wellbeing – allowing the autonomic nervous system to “reset” (returning the body/mind to homeostasis) by reducing physical and emotional stressors and addressing systemic imbalances in the body. There are many health benefits to receiving an AromaTouch Treatment, including stress management, reduced inflammation, immune support, and support of the body’s nervous system responses (brining balance to the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems).
One great thing about this treatment is that it can be relied on. It gives a predictable result each time – so you can count on receiving optimal rejuvenation and returning the body to homeostasis.
Essentially Inspired Health is delighted to be able to offer this treatment again, as it has had a profound impact for the lives of many people over the years.

Symphony of the Cells

Julie is trained in providing “Symphony of the Cells” applications. This can be a stand-alone treatment that targets a specific system of the body (such as the respiratory or digestive system), or it could be added on to a therapeutic massage (the inflammatory protocol is highly recommended for this purpose). Regardless, it is a unique approach using specific essential oils that are layered on the spine, then rubbed into the back and the bottoms of the feet to allow for optimal absorption and targeted systemic benefit. Each system has a different set of oils that are carefully chosen for their proven properties, and applied in a particular order. This is a very powerful technique, and highly recommended if you have a specific health concern that you are wanting to address. See some examples in the testimonials, for what kinds of things people have noticed from a Symphony of the Cells Treatment.
